Eyes on Rivals monitors competitor product URLs you submit and emails you when detected prices drop, subject to plan limits (including the 100-URL cap) and technical feasibility of the target pages.
A 14-day free trial may require a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews at the then-current monthly price. You are responsible for accurate account information.
Monitoring depends on public page structure, site availability, and anti-bot controls. We do not guarantee every price change will be detected, or that checks will run at exact intervals without delay. The service is provided “as is.”
Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
You may cancel anytime. Access continues through the paid period already billed unless we state otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyes on Rivals and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made based on alerts. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

To provide monitoring and alerts, bill subscriptions, support you, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account and monitoring data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal needs.
